daly city market provides when i'm not in the mood to go to the bigger shops to pick up a handful of items. the lines are shorter, the place is definitely smaller, and the selections are much limited, but it suits my needs for a speedy purchase. the produce is way cheaper than your average grocery store. they also have different mexican and other latino baked goods, dairy, snacks, toiletries, and more. $5 can get you a huge bagful of fruit and veg!
